A man in US state of Massachusetts has died after consuming around one and a half bags of the sweet on a daily basis. he had suffered no symptoms of ill health prior to his death and as a construction worker would, we presume, have been reasonably fit.

Covid-19 leads to Nerve Damage

Written by

A new report from the Institute of Neurology at University College London had described cases of brain inflammation, stroke, delirium and nerve damage arising from COVID-19, the clearest sign yet that Coronavirus can cause nerve damage.

The study looked at 43 patients with covid-19 aged between 16 and 85 who were referred to the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery. Whilst those over 50 displayed symptoms of confusion and disorientation, almost all of the participants had some form of neurological complaint from inflammation of the brain and dysfunction of the cranial nerve to a brain abscess and in eight of the patients a stroke.

Long term effects of Cornovirus

Written by

Matt Hancock, the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, has recently expressed concerns about the long term effects of Covid-19 on the body. Cornovirus is know to be asymptomatic and mild in the majority of cases, but is this short term illness responsible for hidden health problems?

For those who have been in intensive care and struggling for oxygen, yes, there is likely to be a significant recovery time with potential damage to internal organs, but the news would suggest that most patients recover fully within weeks.

It has been nearly six weeks since the Didsbury Teas website has been launched. It’s time for an update following my history on my About page – which, if you have the time, you should read. It explains how and why I created my tea.

My story is based on the fight against the CANCER. The last decade had been a nightmare, not only in fighting cancer myself, but also in losing my son to the same disease.

On comparisons between Covid-19 and Cancer

Written by

In this article I shall examine the comparisons between the present Covid-19 pandemic and Cancer.

In general both illnesses have many similarities but there are also marked differences. There is no medication for Coronavirus, hence if you have it some people will die and some will survive depending on age, your body’s strength and a number of perhaps unknown factors at this point in time. Statistics show that the death rate is around 10%. If we check people dying from Cancer this percentage will be much more, however, statistics of cancer deaths have never been disclosed in the way that Covid-19 deaths are being reported on a daily basis.

Herbs are not only used for their medicational properties but also they have been the source of for many things we use in our daily life (food, shelter, clothing, medicine, etc.)

Records show that the Chinese were using Herbal Blends 2000 years ago. It was based on the concept of YIN (cooling), Yang (stimulating), and Qi energy. Indians also claim that they were the first tribes used Herbal Medicine which was called AYURVEDIC Modern Western Herbalism was born to emphasize the effects of herbs on individual body systems. Traditional three great systems of herbal medicines can be summarised as  Chinese Medicine, East Indian Ayuverdic Medicine, and Western Herbal Medicine.

Many years ago I watched the film Contagion, filmed and released at a time when the world had seen Swine Flu and SARs but nothing on the scale of the pandemic we are faced with now: Covid-19. It was, it would seem, inevitable that sooner or later we would be faced with a pandemic on this scale and if I am honest I doubt that it will be the last. China will continue with its unsanitary wet markets and the human beings will continue to destroy our rainforests at an alarming rate leading to viruses being unleashed against with the population has no immunity.

Events in my own life led me to search alternative medicine to relieve my health problems as traditional medication just wasn’t cutting it. I started looking into homeopathy following a cataract operation in March 2009. Around this time I started getting hiccups on a regular basis.
