The question is if CBD Oil has got those beneficial factors why large international PHARMACEUTICAL companies do not manufacture to be used widely by the people? The simple answer is PLANTs can not be PATENTED. Not only HEMP PLANT but any other herb used for medication can not be patented. They are in nature to be used by any person. Hence they do not use Hemp Plants to produce CBD oil. Plants (any) are only used in any medical formula around 20/25% rest are chemicals that can be patented at the end. This concept of course created a small business using the Hemp Plant to manufacture CBD oil in different ways. Now they are available at the shelves of chemists, health shops, amazon,eBay etc.,
